Wowza.... I just tried this in a tried and true (pre GF days) cookie recipe...I substituted cup for cup with this flour instead of regular all purpose flour and I’ve never had such amazing results with a GF blend and it’s been many years. I can’t wait to try it in other recipes and the other flour blends by this brand!

I had a difficult time ordering the second product and I would prefer to use a different shipping method, a two day delivery isn't necessary.
