Mom Hasn’t Had a Bagel in 2 Decades
This was a Mother’s Day gift for my mom who was diagnosed Celiac in the early 2000s. Her verdict: “Oh my gosh. This is delicious! I had forgotten what bagels taste like! I haven’t had this for 20 years!” Thank you, thank you, thank you for making good bagels that our mom can eat!!

Truly the best!
I’ve been gluten and corn free for a long time. I’ve tried tons of GF baked items claiming to be just as good as regular ones, and rarely is it true - Dense, flavorless, chalky, plus other descriptors. After ordering these bagels, I can honestly say I’ve found the holy GF grail! These were soft and pillowy like a real bagel, toasted perfectly, and didn’t make me feel bloated. It was such a wonderful treat!
