Makes great focaccia
Even the gluten-eaters like this blend made into focaccia. Have made it plain and fancy (with herbs, cherry tomatoes, and cheese). Trying the ciabatta recipe next. Blends By Orly has the recipes on their website.

Celiac disease has been a game changer… bread was not good anywhere…. And bagels were totally out of the question.i
It was sad how many I tried and they were all terrible!
I was born and raised in New York and the best bagels in the world are in New York. I came across the story of how Modern bread and bagel was created and the background of the owners…. Sounded promising and the commitment to excellence was apparent to me.
Had my first order shipped to Arizona and I could not believe what I was eating and tasting not only did I feel like I was back in New York but the flavor … the quality .. the bite was so perfect!
I have had many of the products and they are all incredible and delicious!
The bagels are amazing! Treat yourself my gluten free friends… you will be amazed! Worth the shipping! I have had several orders shipped and all products arrive beautifully and fresh!
