Our daughter has Celiac and orders from MB&B on the regular. She loves them but the shopping is expensive. I ordered the Manhattan blend to make the bagels at home. I followed Modern's bagel recipe and the bagels turnout as if we bought them at the shop! The process was easy to follow. 100 percent impressed and will order Manhattan blend again again. One bag makes 8 medium-sized bagels. Much more wallet friendly than paying for shipping! Thanks for making the flour blend available! Lisa from Omaha

Best bagels I’ve ever made. Directions were very easy to follow and everyone thought they were delicious!!! Will be buying lots more of this mix and others
