Ordered by mail and it wasn’t nearly as fluffy as I thought it would be. Pretty dense and rubbery- so much so that I had to come back to the website to see if I needed to bake it before eating.

Absolutely delicious!!!!!! When heated in the microwave with a few drops of water or a wet paper towel, the consistency is like Brazilian pao de queijo.
