I'm not even GF and these were delicious!
My husband and I own a catering company and had a recent event where half the guests were gluten free. Not only were these bagels delicious, the non-GF guests didn't even know the difference and were surprised once they learned. Highly recommend - great texture, flavor and just a quintessential NY bagel.

OMG, So Good!
After being diagnosed in 2007 with Celiac Sprue, what I missed most was a great, chewy New York bagel. These bagels are the best I've had in 19 years!
