If this shipment had arrived on time, the 4star rating may have been a 5star. As always with the seeded bagels the problem is that so many of the seeds fall off. I think being dayold by the time I got them did not help with the seeds satying on. But, they are still the best gluten free bagels out there that I have found.

Best bagels I’ve ever eaten. As a NY/NJ native, loosing the goodness of bagels when I became allergic was so bad. But modern bread and bagel knows what they are doing, and they exceed all my expectations!
