Excellent bread
Lovely toast. I thick slice and put one small bag in the frig and the rest in the freezer. Toast in a panini grill at 380 for 5 minutes. Peanut butter and rasberry jam with coffee or puerh tea

I was really looking forward to trying this bread simply because it is so hard to find good gluten free bread and I have been very satisfied with your other products . Unfortunately, this bread did not impress me. I found LOTS of air spaces in the loaf and the taste was bland. When toasted the bread does not stay together well. The top crust just flakes off when you cut into the loaf and the texture while dense (like I want my bread to be), was flavorless. While I will certainly continue to buy your other products (especially the raisin bagels) I will not buy this bread again. Not what I was expecting.
