So good!
One of my favorite items at Modern - super moist w/o eggs or oil, just flax seed as a binder. Deep rich chocolate flavor, and yes it’s a very generous slice :)

The Chocolate Zucchini loaf is divine! My only challenge is that it is so big (and i am the only one eating it) - that I have to freeze a lot of it. It was a little crumbly, but i feel like it would have to be that way since it is GF and vegan (so no eggs to bind). Even with that, I would happily order again as it is a delicious treat!
