Received loaf that was burnt and completely black on top. Bagels I received were completely hard and dried out even though I paid extra for overnight shipping. Either completely overcooked or sent when multiple days old already.

So great to have found a place where there are so many gluten free options! I'm especially excited for the Brioche (which I plan on turning into French Toast) and the Babka!
