I received my order today, so I have not tried the cake mix yet. I will let you know when I do bake cupcakes. However, I I did slice and freeze most of my order. I tried the white bread. After microwaving to make the slice warm and soft, I added some butter and it was very good. I just ate a black & white cookie. The texture is excellent, but it does lack flavor. I would suggest either more vanilla, and also add some almond extract. I think it would truly make the cookie amazing. I plan to make french toast with the challah this weekend.
The box was damaged. It did not affect the contents, however.
I will order again.

I recently brought a few mixes for my daughter. As well as six fresh bagels. She was so excited. Hadn’t been to the store a year ago. I know she really missed it. So thrilled with everything. I will definitely be shopping again for her. Thank you you modern bread & bagel, beautiful!
