SAME DAY & FUTURE ORDERS
When selecting same day orders,
your order will print 20 minutes prior to your selected time, regardless of what time you place the order (For ex, if you order at 8am for a 2pm order time, that doesn't mean your order will be packed at 8am. It will be packed at 1:40pm.)
Pre-orders
must be placed min 18-30 hours in advance, depending on the location. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Before you start your order, be sure to select the correct pick-up or delivery-from location!
Upper West Side (472 Columbus Ave)
Same day orders:
Sunday-Thursday, order breakfast and lunch between 8am to 2:30pm, bakery & deli items from 2:30-5pm, and dinner from 5pm to 9:30pm. Fridays, open until 3pm. Closed Saturday.
Future orders:
Pre-orders must be placed min 18 hours in advance. 24 hour cancellation policy.
Englewood (43-45 East Palisade Avenue)
Same day orders:
Sunday-Friday 8am-4pm, closed Saturdays
Future orders:
Pre-orders must be placed min 30 hours in advance. 24 hour cancellation policy.
